SSAT upcoming: What topics will be covered?
The SSAT, which is held on February 5, 2022, is approaching. All levels of the SSAT contain verbal, quantitative (math), and reading comprehension sections and an unscored writing sample. All tests are printed and administered in English. The Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT), and moreover it’s used for admission to private middle schools and high schools.
Furthermore, SSAT helps test students for admission to private middle and high schools different levels of the test are:
- Upper Level- 8th grade and above.
- Middle Level- 5th, 6th and 7th grade.
- Elementary Level- 3rd and 4th grade.
The SSAT is a standardized test that assesses a student’s skills in three core areas specifically: Quantitative, Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, and Essay (optional). Also, there is a wrong answer penalty on the SSAT.
Elementary Level SSAT Test
There are a total of 89 Questions. Exam timing 2hours 5 minutes.

Middle/Upper-Level SSAT Test
There are a total of 167 Questions. Exam timing 3hours 5 minutes.
Of the 167 items including the writing sample, only 150 questions are scored.
